REQUIREMENTS • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must be able to stand while performing duties. • Must be able to understand theatre-seating chart (provided) • Must be able to climb stairs • Must Possess excellent customer service skills	ATTIRE • White top and black pants. • Usher Badge (Provided) • Mini Flashlight (Provided)
DUTIES • Show up 1 1/2 hours before the performance time (6:30 p.m. for an 8:00 p.m. show). • Show patrons to their seats before show start. • Prevent food and beverages from entering the theater before the show and during intermission (With the exception of water). • Assist special-needs patrons to appropriate seating area. • Guide late-coming patrons or patrons who enter or leave the theatre during the performance with minimal disruption. • Pick up garbage in the theatre after the performance. All volunteers will be allowed to watch the show free of charge when not performing their duties. If a seat is not available for the performance you are working because of a sold out house, you will be given a comp ticket to one of the remaining performances of the current run.
DIRECTIONS: • First, select the show and the number of people that you will provide to work by clicking the appropriate box. • Then, enter the names of all the workers in the right-hand box marked 'Volunteer Names'. • Then, at the bottom, enter the name, email and phone number of the primary contact person (required to ensure a spot). • Then press the 'SUBMIT' button to reserve the shifts and send an email to the volunteer manager.
